Surprised by how good

Poppy is another artist that I wouldn't know if not for songswave. This isn't usually my type of music but after giving the first track a try I was drawn in enough to listen to more. And the more that I listened, the more their sound captivated me. The sound is raw. Almost 70's punk raw but with a refinement that only the singer could bring into the mix.
If this is the usual quality of writing & performing I'm going to have to take a close look at their other material too.
