I stumbled upon this band by accident and I'm so glad I did. I grew up in the 80's and love to hear the influences in some of today's bands (in a positive way) Wye Oak are an american duo who remind me a little of that giant pop duo of the 80's...The Eurythmics. Jenn Wasner (lead singer) has an incredible tone to her voice which I look forward to hearing more of on their other albums. Favourite tracks for me are "Shriek", "Glory", "Despicable Animal" & "Paradise"
Well worth a listen & recommended.
