John Martyn , one of the most signficant figure of British folk music. He was inspired from American blues and English tradional music. However, in the 70s , he paid attention to jazz and rock. That can be heard in his albums Sodid Air and One Worl. "Tumbler' is a unique case. It has jazz sound with an acoustic distorted guitar , phase shifter and Echoplex. It is still now , a masterpiece.
