We Go Home (2014)

Ed ecco il 4 album di questo artista che con la sua intonazione di voce ci ricorda un'artista ben conosciuto, Leonard Cohen, ma non copia si fa la sua musica, con la sua melancolia e i suoi ritmi. Con tanti problemi di riconoscenza e l'ombra di suo padre per qualche anno é sparito dal cerchio della musica. Malgrado questo, ci farà molto piacere quest'album che come quello precedente si deve avere.

Ancore du grand Adam, malgré la très grande ombre de son père, il a du mal a se faire reconnaître comme artiste à part entière. Il abandonne la musique pendant quelques années après une désillusion, mais reviendra nous proposer sa musique particulière, avec son rhytme, ses mélodies et ses paroles qui lui sont bien personnelles.
Cet album qui a déjà 2 ans il faut l'avoir pour ceux qui aiment la musique plus acoustique, ici vous aurez de quoi vous mettre entre les oreilles.

I got this album after seeing him perform on Later with Jools Holland. He was stripped back with guitar and two other artists harmonising with him. It was hypnotic. But this album is such a bar setter. Each song has the quality of writing as his father Leonard Cohen was so well loved for. The songs are clearly very personal too. I can't state clearly enough what a fantastic collection of songs these are. Gets better with every play. If I were to try and list my favourite songs I'd end up just writing the entire ten songs down in a random order. I love them all for different reasons.
If you loved Leonard Cohens songs and have a liking for socially aware writing crafted intelligently with a folksy nod to his father as well as a modern twist then do yourself a big favour.....BUY THIS RIGHT NOW!
