Dion left a lot of tunes in the can when he departed Columbia Records, and some of the better ones surface here and on Bronx in Blue and Kickin' Child. Plus there are others scattered on various Dion collections, and in total they show an artist really changing and going back to a "different" set on roots. There are some great blues and even Dylan tunes on these various collections, and they form a great bridge to his later acoustic albums on Warner Brothers.
