With just an acoustic guitar and no other accompaniment, Jimmy Cliff creates one of his best sets in a radio studio. Originally broadcast on KCRW radio, this short set of Cliff classics shows just how compelling he can be in a small setting. Some of the songs are familiar to listeners, others are recognized only by his fervent fans. But they are all performed with a feeling that makes them classic. I just wish this disc was three times as long.
