Great guitar album

This is an instrumental guitar album from Danny Weis which offers several guitar styles all very well played and with gusto.There is jazz of course,some country,more blues.The compositions are pleasant and they help Weis to show what he knows on the guitar.The recording quality excellent.
Weis's other works are albums with a jazz Quintet where he does not play a lot and they are very jazz and horn oriented.
So this one,Sweet Spot,comes as his best,especially as it is a show case for his guitar playing.
