Brilliant Work
Neil Young has been an important feature in music for so long now and what a big contribution he continues to provide. A warm soul who just remains to be one of the nicest guys in music. And who still creates because of his ingrained almost spiritual love of music. Earth is an odd album which is mainly live but with over production too. Rolling Stones & Talking Heads were also good at mixing up both methods of recording. The animal noises add something in the continuity of the old songs and the new ones nicely. Living legend at work. Sit back & learn.
I can't pick favourites here. It's impossible because it's too good.
Highly recommended. Don't forget to buy CD2 as well.
