Rock On!
This has had a mixed reaction from fans who seem to have their album 'Fortress' as the benchmark for all. Then there are those that were the other way. Dissappointed with 'Fortress' but loving 'The Last Hero' Where do I sit? I love both albums for different reasons. Riff wise their earlier album rises. But for rousing positive anthems this is certainly the one to be listening to. Great shift in direction. I guess some fans just hate change whereas I expect & demand it in a band. Move forward or don't bother. Top tracks for me are "Show Me A Leader", "The Other Side", "My Champion", "Poison In Your Veins" & "Crows On A Wire"
Worth a listen by all lovers of good rock music.
