Interesante disco dedicado a obras poco conocidas de Handel, entre las cuales se encuentra lar econstrucción de la obertura de la opera Nero, entre otras obras. La versión es con instrumentos originales y criterios históricos interpretativos. En la grabación no aparece contrabajo y se sustituye por un conjunto de bajos de violín (instrumento histórico en la Inglaterra de aquellos tiempos). El resultado es bueno, con buena musicalidad, al más puero estilo de Handel.
