Οι Incredible String Band γνωστοί και ως ISB υπήρξαν μια μπάντα που χαρακτήρισε την ποπ κουλτούρα των 60'ς και ήταν από τα αγαπημένα συγκροτήματα της χίπικης κοινότητας.
Η μπάντα φτιάχτηκε το 1966 στη Σκωτία από τους Robin Williamson,Mike Heron και Clive Palmer.H μουσική που παίζουν χαρακτηρίζεται ως ψυχεδελική φολκ και ήταν η πιο χαρακτηριστική μπάντα της εν λόγω αγγλικής σκηνής.
Το Wee Tam (1968) ήταν το τέταρτο άλμπουμ που ηχογράφησαν ως ντουέτο μια και ο Clive Palmer είχε αποχωρήσει από το συγκρότημα.Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν 15 όργανα!! για να βγει ο θαυμάσιος αυτός δίσκος παιγμένα από τους δύο μουσικούς(Williamson-Heron)με μια βοήθεια σε τρία τραγούδια από τις μουσικούς R. Simpson και L.McKechnnie φίλες των δύο μουσικών.Από τα 9 ονειρικά τραγούδια ξεχωρίζουν τα "Job's Tears","Beyond the see","Log cabin home in the sky","Air" και "The half-remarkable question".
