It's a cracker!
This album more than any other has initially split fans but I think with time and some repeated plays by the haters they will reluctantly come around and admit that this is actually a cracker of an album. The songs are different than their usual fare. They're growers. There are a couple of weak songs on here but that isn't anything new. The crackers are the ones that have been written with their upcoming live tour in mind as they'll be sung loudly by the band and the fans alike. Favourites for me are "New Day", "And The Band Plays", "Superstar", "River", "Don't Give Up On Me" & "Cry"
Fans shouldn't be unhappy with this.
I'm not a massive fan but enjoyed it anyway! :)
