Brilliant!
The Christians heralded from my back yard in Liverpool back in the 80's and their songs and sound stood out. Pure quality and a joy to hear again all these years later stripped down and laid bare with a string arrangement. I would urge any younger music fans to listen to their work as a whole because they're truly a forgotten gem of a band.
Favourites for me are "Forgotten Town", "Sad Songs", "Ideal World", "Hooverville" & "Harvest For The World"
Lovely to sing along to some of these songs that were so important in my younger years.
Recommended to fans of the band and to younger music fans too.
