Excellent album by Gorillaz!!
Possibly the best album by Gorillaz so far, it is indeed a song machine. It is an excellent collection of songs that is all connected together with the familiar style of Gorillaz with its great beats, careful and adventurous production, the little electronic touches here and there, and the voicing/singing of Damon Albarn. The album collects all the different "episodes" released separately at different periods and features a long list of top guests from Beck, Robert Smith (The Cure), St.Vincent, Peter Hook (New Order), Fatoumata Diawara, and even sir Elton John! Each song with a different featured artist has its own strength and energy, without altering the unbeatable Gorillaz style. Definitely looking forward for Song Machine, Season Two!!
