This was the first album release by Tears For Fears and what a debut it was! Full of well written quality songs that still sound fresh today. From "Mad World" to "Pale Shelter", you're taken on a memorable journey. With album gems like "Ideas As Opiates" to "Suffer The Children" In truth there isn't a weak song on this album. It's packed with great songs with the main vocals shared by Roland Olazabel and Curt Smith.
This was the beginning of a decade where these two guys had a profound effect on the music world. It's a joy of an album.
Highly recommended.
