Calling America
This was released originally for the American market and contains most of the biggest songs from his first 2 solo albums 'Life Thru A Lens' & 'I've Been Expecting You' If you've hovered between the two and were unsure this is perfect for you. Neil Tennant (Pet Shop Boys) & Neil Hannon (The Divine Comedy) co-wrote "No Regrets" and performed backing vocals hence their inclusion on the artist royalties. Robbie attempted to conquer North America with it's release but never seemed to manage to make the same level of impact. Time will tell who was right. (I know already!) The top tracks are all of them really but the ones I tend to go back to are "No Regrets", "Strong", "Angels", "Jesus In A Camper Van", "She's The One" & "Karma Killer"
Seriously though....just press play and enjoy the ride listening to the songs that endeared Robbie to all of his devoted fans.
Highly recommended for all musical tastes.
