El sonido del clavecín que utiliza Richard Egarr en esta grabación es muy bello. Las suites de clave de Purcell son exquisitas y también los grounds: motivo melódico repetitivo sobre el cual el compositor va realizando improvisaciones. El toque de Egarr suena fácil y aprovecha los recuersos de resonancia del clavicémbalo. Imprescindible.
