Definitely a Killing Joke!
I'd never have awaited this, but in fact "Absolute Dissent" is really worthy for the quality label KILLING JOKE! It's hard and cold like steel, dark, evil and also a bit insane, but at the same time it's heartwarming and catchy too, crowned by Jaz Coleman's rusty voice from the depths of hell. Nevertheless I am not able to rate five stars, because the sound doesn’t work really well. This compression overkill is not acceptable nor necessary.
Anyway, the most important thing on an album are the songs and they are as strong as they were on "Democracy" times and that's more than enough!
