A truly dynamic vocal artist
Florence + Machine have produced a good recording here. Florence Welsch has first hit popularity with her song, Spectrum. What an anthem the song is. Florence has an extraordinary something to add to the world of music. There is such a sense of raw emotion, power and depth to the music of this song. It is well accompanied by the rest of the tracks this album offers, like the opening track "Only If For A Night", which just emanates the peculiar raw energy that Welsch so well produces.
In one sense, Florence + Machine has a sound which is typical of appeasing popular pop sounds. But she is worthy of the benefit of the doubt because the color charisma that she brings is convincing enough to rate this music as great.
What a testimony this album, Ceremonials, is of the revolutionary greatness that is Florence + Machine.
