Five — Invincible (CD1): Reviews
Invincible isn't impervious to mistakes
While Five's debut album was a very strong debut, this album seems like a very large letdown. While the first album had strong hits like "Slam Dunk (Da Funk)" and "When the Lights Go Out", there aren't a whole lot of standout songs on this album. Their "We Will Rock You" cover seems phoned in and off from their normal style, and "Inspector Gadget" is very disappointing (which is probably why they included it as a hidden track). However, some songs are much better, such as "Battlestar" being a good (if odd) introduction. Overall, you should pick and choose what tracks you purchase.
