Brother
Morten Harket's album; Brother, his fourth album in english, it's perhaps his more mature material. Just like his other albums, 2012's Out Of My Hands, 2008's Letter From Egypt, and 1995's Wild Seed. They are very different albums, as far as music goes.
But in the end, they are very close to the a-ha albums, perhaps in a good way, or in a bad way.
It's really hard to escape the a-ha shadows. I guess it all depends on weather you like a-ha, or not.
Some of my friends didn't even know that a-ha was still around. because here in USA, sadly they don't play their songs, that were made after the 1980's.
So i hope that both Morten Harket, and a-ha keep making music, weather together, or in their own separate ways.

Я просто в восторге от этого альбома, раньше слушал A-Ha и не знал о том что Мортен поет отдельно от группы. Голос не повторим!
Great sound
Morten Harket has delivered a great album here. The quality of the writing is incredible & the vocals are as fresh & powerful as they ever were. Maybe even stronger than that. It's a relief when artists that have been around for decades, can still release material that's worth hearing. Take away the A-Ha label and listen to this as if it was a new artist....you'd like it more. He's an incredible singer & vocalist & shines as bright as he ever did.
Recommended for all.
