Pure !960's Class Act
You can really hear why 'The Sweet Inspirations' were the backing singers for the great 'Aretha Franklin'. The lead singer is 'Cissy Houston', who was the mother of Whitney Houston. What a pedigree to have! The sound quality of this recording is excellent. Old soul tracks like this don't need the higher end kilobytes per second. My favourite tracks are "
When Something Is Wrong With My Baby", "Sweet Inspiration", "Unchained Melody", "That's The Way My Baby Is" and "Make It Easy On Yourself" but really...just put it on, pour yourself a drink & sit back. Close your eyes and melt. I place this music along early Jimmy Cliff. Similar vibe. Great stuff! Recommended.
