Interesting but not for everybody
After downloading this album I found out that RATATAT is a guitar duo from New York.
Indeed this disc is absolutely guitar oriented but not with the usual solos and technique show offs.
In fact this music is very difficult to classify.It is first of all completely instrumental.It is pop,rock,avant guard,with some imaginative loops here and there.
Although this is not meant for everybody, it still is interesting to listen to,is not boring and you can feel the musicians' creativity working behind it all.The sound is very good.
It is worth a listening.I believe many will find unexpected pleasure in discovering this cd.
