Highly recommended.
Kwabs first album is a fine introduction and footstep into a credible discography. I had this album marked for purchase for a long time after hearing him perform on Later with Jools... and kept forgetting about him. Now that I have taken the plunge I can only say I kick myself for not doing it quicker. It's a great album. His voice is so strong and the songs have varied influences and nuances that it keeps the modern ears of a soul lover firmly attentive. It's a strong collection too. No fillers. But at the moment the ones my ears prick up to the most are "Love + War", "My Own", "Perfect Ruin", "Forgiven" & "Cheating On Me"
If you love R&B, Soul or just great music well sung and perfectly produced then just go for it!
