Excellent as always
Arlen Roth is well known in any guitarist circle.His playing ,a mix of country,blues and funk can at times be awesome.This last album of his is one of his mildest,like he wanted to make something of a relaxation guitar record.It is of course instrumental except for one song [Battle of New Orleans] which is the worst of all.It is a pleasant work and as always contains many surprises for a guitarist's ears but I would not consider it one of his best.
If you really want to get to know Arlen Roth there are two albums here on songswave which are tops and absolutely recommended-TOOLIN' AROUND and GUITARIST.
