Terrific Recording and Performances
MTT and the SFO are presented here in a somewhat different light than most of MTT's other recordings. This selection of 12 small pieces from Rachmaninov, Dvorak, Delius, Faure and others is a pure delight. While many of the pieces are familiar repertoire, these performances are wonderfully performed and recorded. A great Sunday morning concert to enjoy over brunch.
