Asgeir, Asgeir Trausti — In The Silence: Κριτικές
Simply Beautiful
Ásgeir Trausti has, in recent years sold more albums than his fellow Icelanders Björk or Sigur Rós. Two excellent acts in their own rights. And why has he sold so many albums? Because it's a well structured and perfectly produced album of beautiful songs that are an English version of his debut album (Dýrð í dauðaþögn) which was sung in Icelandic. The original first albums lyrics were mainly composed by his father so the talent is inherited. The production was helped along by the amazing John Grant who has worked on various projects with him over the years.
All in all a perfect album to relax to.
Give it a listen. I'm sure you'll be as captivated as I am.
