A Scottish Classic!
Danny Wilson were yet another great Scottish band from the 80's that were making brilliant records from the very beginning. This was their debut and it still amazes me that three young lads from Dundee could write such beautiful songs that cover every aspect of life. Lyrically these songs are works of breathtakingly poetic genius. Anyone who loves songs that actually mean something real should give this band a listen. It's worth the effort. Best songs for me are "Davy", "Mary's Prayer", "Steamtrains To The Milky Way", "A Girl I Used To Know" & "I Won't Be Here When You Get Home"
A forgotten gem. Give it a try. If you like it you will grow to love it...forever.
