Robots (Original Soundtrack)

I love this soundtrack. I watched this movie in theaters as a kid and still remember the unique sound of this piece. The springy sound that permeates the entire album makes this score have a fun, exciting feel. This score is full of the classic John Powell feel. He is great at writing memorable, in depth themes that make the action in the movie much more exciting. "Wonderbot Wash" is one of my favorite tracks. When the brass comes in halfway through, I am soaring. In the track "Escape" the driving percussion and beautiful melodies makes it my favorite number. This album solidified my fandom of John Powell and has a place on my top soundtrack list.
