Hall And Oates — Fall In Philadelphia: The Definitive Demos 71: Reviews

For the Completist Only

If you're a Hall and Oates fanatic, you've already got these tracks. And if you don't, don't bother. Rough demos of when they were trying to find their "folky"sound, these tracks have bounced around in all kinds of packaging for decades. "Fall in Philadelphia" showed the promise, but the rest of tracks really are demos. Some of the tracks are actually painful to listen to. Go for "Abandoned Luncheonette" instead and use that to see what started these guys on the road to fame.
