Reverend And The Makers — ThirtyTwo: Reviews
Good album
This band have a gritty earthiness which takes me back to some of the great music that was being made in the late 70's and early 80's. The songs are catchy and the voice is superb. It has that dry tone that you find yourself sitting beside in the pub while they tell you embarassing stories of your mates. Any northerner will understand that. My favourite songs are "Detonator", "I Spy", "The Devil's Radio" and "Different Trains"
Good band from Sheffield. Should be better known.
Recommended.
