Great rythmn
I can thank songswave for presenting this in the new releases when it came out. I gave it a listen and was instantly hooked to this little gem of an album. Then Jain appeared this week on Later with Jools and I was reminded how charming her music is and felt the need to review it. Great catchy tunes and rythmns with a lovely voice with similarities to Selah Sue, Elodie Frége & early Adele. Favourite songs for me are "Heads Up", "Mr Johnson", "Hob", "Makeba" & "Come (Extended Version)"
If you haven't heard her yet do yourself a favour & add this to your collection.
Highly recommended.
