Buena versión
Excelente de estas sinfonías de Haydn interpretadas por The Hannover Band, bajo la dirección de Roy Goodman. Se trata de una excelente versión con instrumentos originales y criterios históricos interpretativos, en donde destaca especialmente la buena sonoridad de los instrumentos de viento y en especial de los metales. Es una lástima que el sello discográfico Hyperion no decidiera grabar el ciclo completo de las sinfonías de Haydn cuando este proyecto estaba a punto de finalizar. Goodman decide incluir un clave en el bajo continuo, práctica histórica posible que enriquece el bajo continuo. Este es el disco 17 del ciclo.
