70s Singer-Songwriter Essentials (CD2) Reviews
Nice music
Buy it. Nice music
As Good As Volume 1
My review for volume one holds up for this volume as well. Some great unexpected choices and an excellent variety make this volume the equal of it's predecessor. And using Steve Goodman's version of "City of New Orleans" - he is the writer/composer - rather than Arlo's shows a sense of good taste. As highly recommended as volume one, but with the same caveat of choosing your songs carefully because you might already have many of them in your collection. Add these and make a great playlist for a road trip!
